Located within walking distance to hospital, BC Cancer Center, downtown core & Duchess park which features an updated children's playground, pump track, tennis courts, off leash dog park & biking trails. Nearby there is a movie theatre, a shopping mall, various restaurants & other amenities.

Although this home has undisputable character charm, it is also well appointed and equipped with top of the line modern amenities like strong air conditioning and high efficiency forced air heat throughout, electric baseboard heat in the bedrooms with independent switches for extra coziness and individual comfort, high end real wood fireplace insert with a stack of dry firewood ready to go, smart/dimming light switches, beautiful clawfoot bathtub in the master on-suite with an assortment of hand picked bath products, two full bathrooms, a large smart TV with a Disney+ account for your viewing pleasure, another smart TV in the master, quality leather couches, solid wood furnishings throughout, luxury high thread count cotton sheets, lots of fluffy pillows and feather-filled duvets on all beds.

This house (3,000 sqft on single floor rancher style) is very spacious with large bedrooms, common areas and adequate space to comfortably house your whole group and even extra daytime visitors. The quarter acre yard is very private and wraps around the house giving it an estate feel.

Backyard is a large private oasis equipped with a 10-person hot tub in a very private setting, a heated pool with a dedicated deck (seasonal), a large bouncy castle slide (seasonal), a swing set, fire pit and lots of patio furniture (seasonal). It is fully fenced with lots of shade. Large barbecue grill is available for use on the back deck.

We are a pet friendly space and have taken the steps to make your furry family feel extra at home here - a large and a small dog beds in the master bedroom, food/water bowls/treats in the kitchen and poop bags with a scooper off the back deck available for use.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need including gas range stove with two convection ovens, large fridge with a bottom freezer drawer, dishwasher, large microwave, drip coffee maker, waffle maker, kettle, toaster, filtered water jug, cutlery and so on. There is an in-suite washer and dryer available for use with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Media room has a large selection of DVD's, ambient lighting and comfortable sitting areas.

Dedicated office space has a printer, two computer screens, keyboard, mouse and a speaker system.
