We went to stay in Prince George
to visit family with my husband and two young sons. The room was not clean upon arrival. I asked staff about the state of the room and was given a mop to go clean the room myself.
On the last night of our stay the room had a leak in the sprinkler. We notified staff and no one came to check on the leak. We changed rooms, the new room electrical was not working. We didnt have a working fridge, tv, or coffee maker. We had to move lamps from the first room to the second because there was no lighting in the room. All of this was done without the help of staff and with a 2 and 4 year old in tow.
Upon checkout i expressed our disappointment in the experience and was told nothing could be done in terms of discounts because the manager was not on site. We did not see any manager or supervisor on site our entire stay.
Very disappointed and not impressed with our experience and we will not be staying again. We will also inform any friends or family to stay clear of the Super 8 by in Prince George.
