”This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.”

”We could hear our neighbors, tub wouldn't drain, barely had hot water. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.”

”This is the best hotel I have found off of I-20 going through Louisiana. Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly, and they have a really great selection of food for breakfast. Will stay here when we need a place to stay the night going through Louisiana.”

”Everything was in order and it is not some run down house. Big place with a lot of old times interior and wood carving. The outside is big and great for sitting in peace. I liked the location for getting up to the national forest but also to Lake Bistenau and of course around town. ”

”The casino was lively, the pool water warm and inviting, the guest rooms were cleaned and the towels were to die for.”

”Customizing plans to fit and they were totally flexible. Plus their knowledge of the region and town for things and do and places to go. Very helpful.”

”Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. ”The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening!”

”LeBossier Hotel truly deserves every bit of a 5‑star rating. It’s by far the nicest and most comfortable hotel in the entire Ark‑La‑Tex. The staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and making guests feel at home. I felt safe, relaxed, and taken care of the whole time. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bossier. Highly recommended”

”I loved everything about the property from the entrance to the bedroom the entrance of the room the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again.”

”This property is desperately in need of cleaning. Mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Towels were shedding & old, dingy and still had stains . Bathroom sink was clogged. Suitcase holder was rusted. The bed mattress was maybe 4 or 5 inches thick with an empty box spring. The sheets were so tighty tuck in as if they were nail down I was unable to sleep in the bed. The ONLY thing good about this property was Jess. Jess was the epitome of how a hotel hostess should greet their guests.”

”The staff was friendly but our room was not cleaned at all. Trash everywhere, toilet not cleaned. Pee on the bathroom floor. Ac kept turning off all night and it was hot.”
