”Room & Hotel were clean & modern. We would definitely be willing to stay in the future. Wish that the breakfast time was extended later than 9:00, even 9:30 would be more reasonable.”

”Staff were very friendly and helpful. Trudy assisted us with an issue immediately and Leo in the Breakfast Room was super friendly, always cheerful and very helpful. Mike was very easy to deal with at check-in and quite friendly. This is an older property but very well maintained. I would highly recommend the Cavendish Motel for anyone looking of a good, clean room and easy access to all of P.E. I. Stayed for 4 nights and able to explore the Island easily from this central point.”

”The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Keurig, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pans. Other guests had pets so I would say pet friendly. ”

”A former barracks converted to public accommodations. The hallways were institutional but the rooms were fine. The beds were great. ”

”The cabins were very clean. The only problem was that our cabin was right beside the hwy so we requested one further back and they said that there were no open 1 bedrooms so we had to pay an extra 103$ for a 2 bedroom. As far as we could see there were a few 1 bedrooms not occupied Other than that it was good.”

”Clean comfortable and quiet with very helpful and friendly staff. They were new managers but tried their best to steer us to local sights. Paid hot breakfast eggs sausage bagels and more available for $8+tax. Recommended. Also, close to Cavendish Beach, Anne of Green Gables center and walking distance to The Lost Anchor for excellent fish n chips. The house itself has close ties to LMM's story. Recommend highly.”

”Smelled terrible! Bed was fairly comfortable but the musty smell was pretty bad. I wouldn’t stay there again.”

”It was a very old house so the structure was a bit uneven ( used to be home of the girl who was the inspiration of Anne of Green Gables). They had a Tesla destination charger which was helpful.”

”A little dated, as all are in that area, but clean. Easy parking and near everything. Love the fact that somebody called me to let me know about checking in when I didn't arrive before the office closed, much appreciated!”
