Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private four-bedroom home features an open floor plan with an upscale kitchen, dining area, and a living room with 65” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including gas range, double ovens, refrigerator (plus an additional refrigerator in the garage), dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cookware to make gourmet meals. All of the bedrooms contain California king-sized beds and are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, sitting area and a 65" TV with Roku to stream all of your favorite content.

The master bedroom and second bedroom are located on the main level while bedrooms three and four are located on the second level.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, board games, and game table with beautiful mountain views. Other features include laundry room, free high-speed WiFi and ergonomic work nook. Outdoor amenities include a beautiful backyard, patio area with lounge furniture, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, beach essentials, sun loungers, a cozy front porch, onsite parking, and keyless access.

Security cameras are in use at the property. The camera at the front door is set to capture the entrance, walkway, and side of the house ONLY. Privacy zones have been set up where the window is located, so nothing is recorded/a black box appears to ensure guest privacy. Other cameras are located at the back patio with floodlights and in the garage facing the owner's vehicle.
