Tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja kyydissä kalliopuoli, josta on rehevä näkymä laaksoon, tämä 1 899 neliömetrin koti Princevillessa Kauaiin pohjoisrannalla on helmi ja tarjoaa parhaan mahdollisen maailman. Koristeelliset kovapuulattiat, lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat ja viljelty sisustus koko tämän jaetun tason kodissa lupaavat viihtyisän ympäristön rentoutua ja nauttia tästä trooppisesta paratiisista.
Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, vaatehuone ja iso kylpyhuone kylpyhuoneella. Päällikön vieressä sijaitseva densi tarjoaa vuodesohvaa ylimääräisiin makuumajoihin. Kaksi vierashuonetta jakaa aula-kylpyhuoneen, ja niissä on queen- ja kerrossängyt (parivuode ja kaksi erillistä). Muita sisustusominaisuuksia ovat juhlalle sopiva gourmet-keittiö, jossa muodollinen ruokailutila, johon mahtuu jopa 8 henkilöä, ja tilava olohuone, jossa on seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio. Ulkopintaan kuuluu lanai, jossa on kansia uusia kvartsiitti laattoja ja kiesit, jotka tarjoavat valtameren tuulet, jotka kääntyvät kohti laaksoa, sekä ammattimaisesti maisemoitu piha ja runsaasti saaren maisemia. Käytettävissäsi on kaksi aivan uutta puhallettavaa SUP: tä, jotka sopivat täydellisesti risteilyyn Hanalei-lahdella ja joella. Hi everything was wonderful aside from the smell of sewage smell that creeped up around day three. The plumbing was fine and all the things were great! There was just a very strong smell throughout the house that got very bad towards the end.

Terrific Renntal in PrinceVille Kauai

The property is located in a beautiful location in Princeville. The home was terrific and met all our needs for a few of five, with the grandparents also joining us. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Lovely family home

This a beautiful property, so private and quiet. Very comfortable and met with all our needs. The owners are very generous is leaving, bikes, beach chairs, and gear for renters. This is a lovely central location, close to everything.

We have local family and friends on the North and East side. Great location to stage various adventures from with far less hustle and bustle than the South side. The house is gorgeous and they have an amazing view from behind the house. Highly recommend the place

Private location, lovely home could use a bit of TLC

Two years ago, our home in Hanaeli wasn't available so we decided to Princeville it for the first time in 35 years. Lovely home, plenty of room, and private. This being our second stay, we still had a lovely time but might be time the furnishings had a bit of going over to clean and refresh.

Luxurious property

A beautiful property with a backyard that is a rainforest. Top quality kitchen and bedding. Paddleboards, bikes, beach chairs and snorkel equipment came in handy for our group. Easy access to Hanalei Bay and Ha'ena state park.

This place is nothing short of amazing

We stayed for a week and the house was amazing. The house is gorgeous and the scenery surrounding the house makes this place that much more stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! It is extremely well located with lots of options nearby. The host was extremely friendly and responsive as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to vacation here!

Oasis in Princeville

Privacy is this properties greatest asset, hot tub and multiple patios overlooking you own jungle and stream. We enjoyed it as a couple but can entertain much more. The beach toys and bikes were an added bonus to get your crew going to the beach without renting. All that Princeville and the north coast has to offer were easily accessed or stay and do nothing!

A beautiful, romantic house in Princeville

This property is beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. You can tell that the owner cares about the home and that it has a real soul. While you could clearly sleep a few kids and another couple in the guest rooms, the main bedroom is clearly the star of the show and we felt like we had the perfect amount of space (for a luxury getaway). Princeville is clean and nice enough, but staying here you should expect to hop in the car and drive for food, the beaches, activities, etc. All in all, we felt it was a great value and a really special stay. Recommend to a friend.

Amazing home!! The backyard is literally like a rainforest. Even though it rained half the time, the home was perfect to enjoy, even on those rainy days. Just a few things with the home - we were told there was a Keurig so we bought a bunch of Keurig pods but the water reservoir was moldy, so we couldn’t use it. When we asked the host if he could provide a replacement, there was no response. So we just bought ground coffee and used the coffee maker. The shelf in the cabinet next to the fridge is broken and held up by an appliance. We had problems logging on to the WiFi because the password printed on the router was incorrect. It is correct on their check in instructions - but that was just a little confusing. And lastly, some of the screen doors are not on their tracks making them difficult to open and close.Overall, we would recommend this location if you want to be on the north part of the island.

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation over Christmas and New Years at this home. The home itself is very attractive and the backyard is a beautiful jungle with a natural stream. The house had a lot of space and was comfortable for our family of six. But..we were a little freaked out by the very large cane spiders (think hairless tarantula). We found 10 in the house during our stay! We ended up sleeping with our lights on, and that seemed to help a little. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit.

Lovely getaway

Well-appointed, beautifully designed home. The property is lovely and crazy private for Princeville. Comfy mattresses, gorgeous vista, great cross-breezes with nicely screened sliders and windows. Hosts are generous with amenities and supplies. Only complaint—glassware is in need of a restock. Two wine glasses, some plasticware, and a few glass tumblers. Even with just two of us we were rewashing a lot (and it’s a vacation!}. Small stuff—hope to be back. Mahalo.

Very private location, large spacious home

We hadn't been back to our island for awhile due to serious illness, but it was amazing to be back. We always rented the same home in Hanalei, but it was booked. So for the first time in 33 years we stayed in Princeville. The house was extremely private and for the most part, well appointed and comfortable. The gorgeous views from just about every window were of the lush ravine filled with verdent trees, ferns and abundant flora, and rang out with birdsong. The human neighbors were very quiet, however, the unavoidable roosters cawing at all hours along with the sound of idling diesel engine emited from giant cane toads are simply part of north shore life - bring earplugs.) The home was nicely decorated and fairly well equipped, however the sofa felt a bit old and grungy, and the throw pillows were scratchy. When we discovered the home's supplied beach chairs and umbrellas were all broken and unusable, Eric from Hawaii Life responded immediately with lovely brand new ones. He was helpful and kind.

Beautiful Setting

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here with my husband’s parents and brother. There were 5 adults total. The house was very spacious for the 5 of us. The grounds of the house are inviting and beautiful. It is in a peaceful setting and the back patio is relaxing. We enjoyed being close to Anini Beach and the shops in Princeville and close to Hanalei. The house is nice, but a little dated. It was clean upon arrival with great instructions for check-in. There are 5 beach chairs in the garage, which were great to have access to. There are also lots of beach toys, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach umbrellas. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We didn’t notice until after our first night that there was no soap, or body wash, or shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. Usually, a host will provide even sample size bottles of these things and/or a bar of soap. I don’t know if this was just overlooked by housekeeping or if this host just doesn’t provide those items. We had to go buy bar soap. A couple of drawbacks to this house are: 1) There is no air conditioning. There is a wall unit to cool the master bedroom, but the rest of the house was very warm. Those sleeping in the other bedrooms didn’t get much relief at night from the warm, humid air. Our visit was during an atypical warm spell, though. 2) I do realize that Hawaii has a climate for bugs and critters. So, I’m not sure what to expect as reasonable when renting a house, as we’ve always stayed in hotels during previous vacations to Kauai. But, there are little lizards in this house, cockroaches, and I saw a centipede. Not a ton of critters but enough to make me hesitate to rent a house in the future when visiting Kauai and stick to hotels, where critter control seems more robust. Perhaps, I’m just too much of a princess.

It’s so beautiful. But the best part is how well equipped it is. It has everything you need for the beach or for biking around the island.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a few days in Kauai, along with some family members who rented rented their vow houses. We gathered here at the North Shore Hideaway and it was a perfect house for having a few people over. It's very spacious with inside and out areas to gather. The house is very very private, even though it sits in a very nice neighborhood, so lost of privacy. It's a great location. The only negative was the unusable oven. We went to roast something and the oven door wouldn't shut all the way and would not hold much heat. That was very unfortunate. With a working oven, we would definitely stay there again.
