Sandpiper 129A - Päivitetty, moderni, mukava 1 bd (kunnostettu 2018-2019)

Puhdas, moderni 1 makuuhuone, (king-vuode + queen-vuodesohva + queen-ilmapatja), 1 kylpyhuonehuoneisto, jolla on osoitettu pysäköintialue, uima-allas, kylpytynnyri ja BBQs paikan päällä. Condo kunnostettiin vuonna 2018 - eläkkeelle, kaapit maalattu, uudet lattiat, uusi sisustusmaali, uudet laitteet, uudet kattotuulettimet, uudet huonekalut ja uusi patja. (2018).

Lähellä rantoja, ostosmahdollisuuksia, ruokailutila, golf, vaellus, puistot ja paljon muuta. Sijaitsee Sandpiper Villagessa, joka sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Princevillessä, lomakeskuksessa Kauaiin pohjoisrannalla. Lomakeskus on hiljainen ja ammattimaisesti maisemoitu.

Vaikka tämä huoneisto on uusi loma-asunnon vuokraamisessa, omistamme myös Listing 1275854. Näet, että meillä on mahtavia arvosteluja. A wonderful base camp while we explored the beauty of Kauai.
This was a great place with all of the amenities that we needed. The only thing is that there are multiple things that should be replaced. The shower curtain rod is askew, as well as the toilet paper holder. Otherwise it was clean and cooled down quite a bit in the evening 💕

Pleasant stay in Princeville
We had a great stay while here! The location was great. Right next to the golf course and close to the Princeville shopping plaza and grocery. We were able to walk to Hideaway Beach down the road and the drive to Hanalei Bay was no more than 10 minutes. The place was clean and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on! Would recommend it here.

Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day! With jealousies (louvre windows) you don’t always feel like you have privacy and we could hear everything they said! Not a fault of this property but bad timing!

Enjoyed our stay
The unit was great and significantly bigger than we expected. It contained all the amenities listed (and more) and communion with the host was easy. The only point I would suggest keeping on mind is that, although unit looks close enough to the beach on the map, it's actually either a 15min drive or ~30min dirt road hike.

Everything you need
Robyn has the condo stocked with a great variety of household items, beach gear, and everything you need for a great stay. Staying in Princeville was really ideal and a very nice neighborhood. Beach chairs, cooler, water shoes and snorkel gear were nice, the bed was comfortable and the smart tv was an added plus.

Needs some care
The lanai floor is terrible looks dirty and gross could use some paint or tile it like a number of the others lanais in the complex. Also the chairs on the lanai are very uncomfortable there are no cushions on them even though the pictures in the listing show cushions. The outside entrance light does not work so accessing the property late at night as we did is hard to find with no lighting. In previous rentals we have been in the owners always had a book listing locations of items in the property (i.e. pool and garbage disposal) and listed things to do and restaurants in the area, beaches or other recreation facilities. Needs a really good thorough cleaning. The location was perfect and the pool area and the landscaping of the complex was fantastic.

We stayed at the apartment for 5 day and we are super happy choosing it! the kitchen is amazing had have everything that you need and more. also beach chairs and towels, water shoes, boogie, 2 snorkels, fins, bodyboard. location is great. definitely recommend.

Moderne saubere Unterkunft mit viel Komfort in ausgesprochen attraktiver Siedlung
Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Waren leider nur zwei Nächte, weil wir wegen der schrecklichen Maui-Katastrophe umbuchen mussten. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war ausgesprochen einfach und angenehm. Da sind im Hintergrund richtig hilfsbereite, nette Leute. Hat Spaß gemacht und ist besonders Paaren/ Honeymoonern sehr zu empfehlen. In der direkten Umgebung sollte man unbedingt die Schildkröten-Höhle besuchen, zum „Queen‘s Bath“ runter, den Sonnenuntergang anschauen, viel Zeit in Hanalei verbringen.

Wonderful Condo!
My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, etc. Though it could get quite hot at night, there were many fans provided to combat the heat. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely location and great condo!
This condo met all our needs—clean and comfortable—has a washer and dryer, plenty of space, close to beautiful beaches, mountains and rivers. Plenty of fans to keep cool, beach equipment for use—even coolers and ice packs. Communication with the owner was excellent. She helped with all our questions and needs that came up. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place!
Clean modern place, with screens and fans to keep you comfortable. Access to the swimming pool and hot tub was so nice at the end of the day. The extra couch bed and blow up beds worked great for our kids. Nice big shower. The king bed was very comfortable and bedding nice. There were lots of breach/picnic supplies provided on the patio. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to provide a few more lightweight blankets. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay!
