  • Lähellä bluffia, josta on merinäköala, Pali Ke Kua 106 on suosikki monien vieraiden, jotka palaavat joka vuosi. Jos alle 90 päivän kirjallinen ilmoitus, koko alkuperäinen talletus menetetään. Vuokra ja valmistevero pidätetään, mikäli alle 60 päivää kirjallisesti ilmoitetaan siitä. Peruutukset varauksista 12-15-15 / 05 edellyttävät 120 päivän kirjallista ilmoitusta alkuperäisen talletuksen palauttamisesta, josta on vähennetty 75 dollarin käsittelymaksu ja palauttamaton 50 dollarin varausmaksu. Perfect Hanalei

Excellent location for view and value. This well appointed one-bedroom overlooks entire Hanalei Bay with Bali Hai view. Lanai & grassy overlook makes it complete. Walk steep ramp down to small private beach, or to VG public beach with restaurant, bar & amenities (access via stairs adjacent to 1 Hanalei Bay Hotel). Car needed to enjoy Hanalei retaurants & other amenities. Will Return.

Beautiful condo in paradise

The condo was wonderful! Beautiful view right off the patio and located very close to north shore attractions (Tunnels Beach and Hanalei Bay are a must)! The condo was clean and the property was well taken care of. Only downside to staying on this side of the island is that all tours/attractions seem to go out of the south or east shore (about and hour drive). We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Gorgeous View

My husband and I visited Kauai for our 25th wedding anniversary. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything that was needed for cooking, etc. The beach chairs and towels were a plus. With the trade winds and fans in the condo, we never got hot. The bed was very comfortable as well. What we enjoyed most was the beautiful view of Bali Hai. We would definitely recommend!

Every other year since 1975

We come to Pali Ke Kua every other year since 1975 when Kauai had a single traffic light in Lihue. We've stayed in many of the PKK units and this one was great. Will probably come back in 2025 for another 2 weeks.

We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and numerous rainbows. the kitchen had very good quality cooking pans and nice dishes to use. Everything was very clean and well maintained. When we had a minor issue that we needed help with, the management took immediate action to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend renting this unit.

Perfect location and view

The paratmenr has everything you need- chairs, umbrella, cooler, well stocked kitchen. The WiFi is terrible, even being right next to the modem. And the tv is very very small. In this day and age of inexpensive TV’s it would be nice if they upgraded to something you can see from the sofa.

Lovely location. I could get down to a secluded beach fightclose to the property. Originally I Wasserstein concerned about too much traffic to the beach. , but it was off to the side, ok.it rained a lot in Princeville,, which I understand. So no problem.only problem I saw was an umbrella. It would have been nice to have a large golf umbrella

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chose this rental based on the view, which was as advertised. Loved seeing the nene arrive on the lawn every afternoon - watching them interact was a surprising highlight of our stay!No AC, most noticeable in the afternoon leading up to sunset, which unfortunately was usually when we returned to the unit after our day's activities. Had to close the shades to block out the sun, which kind of defeats the purpose of that gorgeous view during the afternoon hours. (Fans have nothing on the beating sun in August.) Also, people often hang out on the lawn to see the sunset, take photos, etc. This didn't bother us, but good to know if you are planning a stay.)We let KVR know when we returned keys to the office that there were MANY dead bugs in the bathroom. Not a handful, but loads. Seems like there is an infestation in the wall or behind the vanity mirror. (I also emailed photos and a video, but did not hear back.) The shower window screen is not flush, so mosquitoes were able to get in. The TV is comically small, smaller than many computer monitors. While we are not visiting Kauai to watch TV, we did want to see the Olympics, and sometimes it's fun to put on a movie. FYI PKK pool is quite small, and BBQing is not permitted on the property. (We saw many units with electric grills on the lanai, but not in 106.) One must walk down the rather steep path to the beach to grill! (We did not.)

The kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors have been upgraded from the photos on the website and they look great.This is a perfect rental for a relaxing vacation in beautiful Princeville.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for one week and were happy with the experience. There is no air conditioning at this location and we could have used it a few days during that week. There are a number of fans available though. Everything else we needed was available. I couldn’t get used to the wicker furniture, seems a bit outdated. Small TV as well. The views were spectacular, and every night the sunset was right out the back sliding door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Pali Ke Kua 106! The view and sunsets were unbeatable, and the property was so peaceful! We loved the private beach access just outside our door, and the condo was super well equipped for everything we needed (including a cooler, beach chairs, plenty of fans, etc). I was worried about no AC coming from the brutal heat in TX but it cooled off nicely every night and was only warm in the evening (but you can mitigate by closing the sun shades when you're away). We were very happy we chose to stay here and to return again some day!

It is located at a peaceful location of the island so rest was easy. It was so nice to have beach chairs available. The improvement I would make is that it needed air conditioning. The fans weren’t enough.
