A well-equipped kitchen and in-home washer and dryer keep beach days simple, while the resort’s two pools and eight tennis courts offer an easy change of pace. The white-sand beach below the resort is close, and Hanalei town adds casual food, shopping, and a classic North Shore evening. It is a view-rich choice for a small family or couple who wants their Kauai home base to come with more than one place to pause and take it in.



The Space:

This two-level condo uses its space well, with a king bedroom, a loft above the living room with two double beds, and a full bathroom. Air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, and two private lanais make the stay easy. Both lanais face the Pacific and Bali Hai, one from the living area and one from the bedroom.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to Hanalei Bay Resort's shared outdoor pool and hot tub. Paid parking is listed among the resort amenities. Some facilities are operated independently by the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Hanalei Bay Resort gives you Princeville’s lush North Shore setting above Hanalei Bay. Spend the day on the sand below the resort, then head into Hanalei for shave ice, dinner, and a slow walk through town. Anini Beach is nearby for calmer water, while the Na Pali Coast and waterfall country make a memorable day out. Back at the resort, tropical grounds, two pools, and eight tennis courts make it easy to keep the day close to home.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring Princeville, Hanalei, North Shore beaches, and trailheads at your own pace. Princeville Center offers nearby groceries and dining. Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away by car. Paid parking is listed at Hanalei Bay Resort.

• Larger groups can rent this condo together with Hanalei Bay Resort 7301

• Condos contain lockouts, meaning there are shared doors. Sounds may be audible between connecting doors.

• Internet provided by Hanalei Bay Resort does not support streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

• Hanalei Bay Resort swim-up pool bar is indefinitely closed.

• This is a privately owned unit in a resort. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping.



• Hanalei Bay Resort currently charges a flat fee of $50, a reservation fee of $6.75 per every non-owner reservation, a $25 per day resort fee and a $20 per day, per vehicle, parking fee. These fees are subject to taxes. This is paid directly to the resort at the time of check-in and not included in the rental rate or fees.
