We had a very disappointing stay. Both rooms we were given had clear cleanliness issues, which is unacceptable when you’re paying for a hotel. Despite raising this properly and providing documentation, we received no meaningful response—just a €10 refund at checkout with no apology. The handling of the situation was poor, and the staff showed little understanding, even interrupting when we tried to explain. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance. It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view.
