”The service and staff were top notch, and what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The space felt very regal and fitting of the hotel name. Location was great, close to several subway lines and across the street from the beautiful Hibiya Park. I stayed in the Tower, on a high floor, and the view was lovely, though I was facing the train line so you could hear the train running during the day (not a huge issue since I wasn't in my room much during the day). ”We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable with a spotless well-designed bathroom. The location was perfect: next to the train station and subway (and you couldn't hear anything inside your room). We chose not to do the breakfast plan but had breakfast in the hotel twice-which I highly recommend. It was expansive and delicious. Best of all are the concierges who had great recommendations, got us reservations at at wonderful restaurants and helped us plan oour routes.”

”Uusi hotelli Ginzan reunalla ja lähellä juna-asemaa. Lähellä suora metroyhteys Naritalle (tosin vuoroväli harva). Siistit ja nykyaikaiset huoneet ovat suuremmat kuin normi japanilainen. Ei muita kuin japanilaisia maksuttomia tv kanavia. Check in oli yksityiskohtainen ja avulias. Premieriin kuuluvasta 10f mini loungesta ei kuitenkaan mainittu check inissä. Päivittäinen siivous on vain pintapuolista (roskat & pyyhkeet). ”
