”The hotel itself was lovely and surrounded by beautiful nature. However we were little bit disappointed that the spa was not included in the price of a normal room and the only option was to pay hundreds of euros more. Otherwise breakfast was nice and coffee really good. ”

”Is not worth to describe this property should not be listed. ”

”We've had a very good experience with this stay. The property is located in an open environment with a stunning surrounding view. Sleeping in a 1300 years old, stone room was definitely a rare opportunity. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this to friends.”

”So peaceful! The staff was amazing and thoughtful. We enjoyed wine made at the farm and a sampling of meats and cheeses outside our room and it was lovely! ”The quaintness of staying on a working farm in Umbria made the stay memorable. The accommodations were simple yet perfect. The owner and his family were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dinner was fantastic and very reasonable. The experience was wonderful and I would recommend it for those that want to experience Umbrian life.”
