”Breakfast was waffles and frozen biscuits sandwiches! No elevator and it's a 3 story building. Check in is on 2nd floor and you have several stairs to go down to get to front door. Paid for 2 queens and got 2 doubles.”

”Had to wait for staff to come to desk for check in. Airconditioner was loud. Breakfast was just okay. Probably wouldn't stay here again..”

”The room smelled horribly of urine, the door to the room would not lock or even stay shut. The area is sketchy. Did not feel safe or comfortable, moved to another hotel and did not get a refund. Terrible on all accounts.”

”Very clean rooms with excellent views and nice featured photos of Duluth and Lake Superior on the wall. Breakfast assortment was great, had plenty of choices. Easy access to all the amenities, indoor pool was maintained well and towels provided. Definitely a great place to stay for a family trip!!”

”This place was nice mostly, it was clean and the location was good. The main complaint was that our tv didn’t work. The gal that worked there put in good effort to fix it but ultimately it never worked. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again and just hope the tv worked.”

”Stayed here while I was working for a week… the shower was unclean with soap residue. The bed sheets had large yellow stains on them. The carpet was so dirty with stains and dirt they need a shampooing. This place over all just needs a lot of help. I stayed when the price was reasonable but it’s almost not even worth $80 per night..”

”A little bit older property in a great location. There were many upgrades going on during our stay. The room was very nice... bed was comfortable. Quiet place while we were there. Really decent free breakfast options.”

”Nice and new parking lot. The check-in process was fast and friendly. Elevators were clean, hallways were clean and fresh smelling, nice rooms, love the heat and air control options (digital and in the wall not the unit). Excellent breakfast options, liked that you could use the lobby for eating, outdoor fireplace and patio for eating and relaxing, very nice pool and even more importantly the hot tub was functional and actually hot.”
