âThis place offered the best budget-quality ratio. We stayed for a basketball tournament and the staff could not help the kids running up and down the hallways and banging on doors but tried their very best to keep the chaos under control.
Ms. Diane at check-in is so sweet and pleasant. I had issues with the virtual check-in and her customer service was excellent. For additional room items like extra towels or toilet paper, you text their number and we got our items right away.

âThe staff are very nice, breakfast was served and there parking. Entering to the front desk smell great and clean. Going to the room was okay but once we enter the room the sofa were dirty. You could see the stain more because the color was a lighter. It had a kitchen and the washroom and bathroom were clean. We didn't stay anything because we were so disappointed and disgusted. We went another hotel which was the double price.â
