”Great place and great location”

”Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. The guy was nice, but the property was definitely going downhill. Next time I'll pay the additional $100 (double of this) to stay at one of the casinos. Food there was...

”My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.”

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”Ok hotel. Dirty, 1 elevator worked for the whole building. Don’t try and sleep in cleaning staff slam doors and sounds like someone is trying to break into your room.”

”I have stayed here several times while traveling. The room is always very clean and comfortable. I only stay one night with my Labrador Dog and never had an issue.”

”My check-in was quick and the room was ready. The property was clean, room was spacious and the beds were soft. I must admit that I slept so good in that bed! Breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was nice and helpful. No complaints at all for Quality Inn, the family and I enjoyed our stay.”

”The Tv didn’t work, which may have been caused by the bad weather. Internet was spotty, the comforter had stains on it and could feel the springs in the mattress that sagged to one side. The bathroom ceiling had mold spores. The included warm breakfast was the option to make a waffle, or one kind of cereal. Distance to the airport is nice, and to be able to park right in front of the room. We would not stay here again.”

”place was clean and had a full size refrigerator electric stove and sink.The 2 complaints I have are that the shower needs something to put things on and a handle to hold on to. Also, the beds were very high and being maybe 5 feet tall made it difficult to get into.”
