”The only good thing about it was the convenience of the distance to the railway. The room was much smaller than what was shown on-line. The paint on the walls in the room were chipped. The area around the bathtub lever was dirty. The floor was tile and not carpet, so it was cold. The matress was too hard. There were no amenities!!!”

”I was surprised with how far out of the way the cabin was, but it was the most comfortable vacation spot I've ever stayed in.”

”This motel is in a great location for walking around Bryson City. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our room was good with enough space to move around and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively updated but kind of small and I can't imagine a larger person being able to get into the shower. And there was no way to just have the light on without the noisy fan. All in all though it was a good affordable place to stay while we explored the area.”

”Size of Lil House perfect for the two of us. Very clean and inviting. We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival, he extended himself if we needed anything while we were there.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend ”

”Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....

”Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine.
