”Great shuttle service to Rawai, Nai Harn, Ya Nui. Walking distance to Rawai beach. Nice restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. Very clean and friendly staff, good breakfast. We had two rooms and the beds were big and we got a free upgrade for the second room so that it will be next to the first room. Nice garden, good pool, relaxed atmosphere. A small lovely hotel.”

This was the second time a visited the hotel, previously known as Phuket Royal Yacht Club. I liked it then and I liked it now as it has been renovated very significantly.
The premises are very very good, the design is amazing, the views are amazing, the breakfast is great, beautiful balcony, service is great.The Nai Harn beach is very nice.
The negatives are: during the stay (early April) quite much construction was going on and they worked until late (8pm). The room sizes are not really...

The villa has provide bicycles, so it was easy to explore the area. Clean, comfortable villa with pool was perfect for our four persons family. ”The host is very kind and nice! The hostel is located near various faclities, convenient and restaurant. It’s quite hard to find the main gate of condotel. You may confuse with the condominium which is located next to the street because of the same name. However after you stay here, I’m sure that you will have a good memory from here! Staff are friendly and polite but on the day there was no power in the resort, we were offered only 1 alternative i.e. transport to the nearest beach which we didn't intend to go. Children play area is nearby but limited. Cleaning only once during the 2 weeks of our stay. Overall great place to stay with children, great pool...
