We had a bad experience at this property and do not recommend it! My family of four spent a night at the resort. We expected much better experience for the price we paid. The property does not match multiple areas as described on the advertising, so I consider this false advertisement.
There is no air conditioner. This is an old wooden property which soaks up heat and remains hot for a long time into the night with a window wide open. I woke up with running nose after a night with cold air draft.
Wifi would not connect. The hotel manager lied to me that federal government would not allow installation of another satelite dish to match internet demand.
The door lock in the room was improperly installed and could be easily opened, which made my wife worried about our safety.
First alarm system seems to be disabled as the hallway pull alarm activation handles were all pulled.
We originally booked for two night, but decided to leave after the first night. I asked for partial refund and property manager refused even after I went through all of the above items. Manager was mostly respectful and calm, but certainly frustrated with having to manage such a run-down hotel.
