”Clean room”

”It had the basics but that was it. My husband found a big spider in the bathtub when we checked in.”

”The property is very clean. The room we had was very clean and a lot of room which was great for being there for 7 days for a livestock show. Laundry facility was clean and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Very quiet at night. The only issue we had was the amount of parking which was very tight with lots of trucks, a couple small buses there a couple of nights. Only a mile from the fairgrounds which was great.”

”Terrible service and the room was not secureable. The ground floor window was not able to be locked and easily accessible from the outside. The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund.”

”I booked this room months ago. When I went to check in they stated my card couldn't be charged, therefore, booking through Expedia didn't happen. They requested I book through them and the cost of the room was $60 more. Why didn't Expedia contact me if my card wasn't working . . . they have my address, email and phone number. A hassle that wasn't necessary given the amount of information we have to provide to obtain a room not to mention the additional $$ it costs to solidify a room.”

”I was told that the bartender would have all the information because we came in late. We get there and no bartender. We called and waited for them to call back. I had left messages. 45 minutes later we finally got a call back with codes to get into the room. There was a slope in the floor and is very unsafe when trying to go to the restroom especially if your handicapped. Also on the slope its not noted. The bed frame stood out more than the mattress. ”It was great”

”We arrived and at check in, I was asked to pay for the room when I had already paid for the room at the time of booking. I told the front desk person that it was already paid for but he insisted that the charge didn't go through. I paid at the front desk for the room. I then saw BOTH charges appear on my statements. I contacted the hotel and was told it was a hold and needed to wait 7 days. It is the 7th day and the charge is still on both cards. The room smelled of mold and the bathroom was not...

”Comfortable beds, great shower, lovely restaurant on site, quiet, convenient. Younger man at checking was very helpful and friendly.”

”The room was very nice and comfortable. The front desk had everything ready when we arrived. Clerk was not the most congenial, but did what she needed to do. Didn't use the pool this trip, but it was available. We got in on the tail-end of breakfast, so it was a little scant, but that was to be expected. Nice hotel.”

”For $175 a night, I was excited for the spa room I saw online with the private hot tub right in the bedroom. In reality, the hot tub/deep bath tub was tucked away in the bathroom. The water came out rust colored when we turned it on, and there were lots of things floating. Not sure if it was old soap scum or someone else's dead skin.
