”There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell. The room was clean and we had clean towls, We didn't use the kitchen area. The rooms are a really nice size. Just needs updating. Better locks on the doors, Also there is no bottled water in the room. When it states a boftle of water on arrival. ”

”We booked a swim-up room and first got the room 611 but as it was on the left side of the hotel which only gets evening sun we asked to switch to room 608 facing the pool and having morning/day sun on the next day. ”Old building with moldy and dirty rooms. Looks so much better in photos but there is nothing like in photos. Room was so dirty that I don't think they have cleaned it after earlier guest. Dirty sheets, moldy bathroom. In breakfast there was fruits looking so bad so I didn't have any thoughts to eat them. Those same fruits were there in every morning. Finally they had visible mold but staff didn't take them away, just turning them in bowl - unbelievable!! Hallway's carpet has never seen vacuum...

”We had lovely family holiday in Grecian park. The hotel felt slightly outdated but it had everything we needed for our family. Service was mainly really good. Spa treatments were very relaxing.
