”I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price”

”We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. ”Dirty! Our bathroom had mold and rust in the shower. Bathroom floor and shower was nasty. We actually looked to move to a different hotel for our 3 night stay, being the holiday weekend that was not feasible
Staff was extremely friendly and available. Called down for an extra blanket and pillow, 2 very pleasant ladies personally brought our to to us. The reason for the low review is solely due the dirty and unmaintained building and rooms.”
