Just 7 minutes from downtown the whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This unit is a five bed two bath 3 story home. Nice open space on the first floor great for sharing space with friends and family.

This house is bigger than you think, homey and perfect for a big family gathering. The only thing I didn’t like are the yellow lights in the kitchen and dining room that make the house dark.

It was pleasant for the most part. In a couple of the bedrooms the heater did not work even though we opened up the valve. There did seem to be enough towels. Otherwise, it was more than adequate.

Choose something else

This is a very old house. Not very clean and not in very good repair.. The linens were not fresh and the shampoo bottles had all been used. There is a decanter in the dining room with some kind of brown crust dried in the bottom. There is a funky smell. For 400 for one night I would expect clean linens and single use toiletries. Would not book this property again and wish I had chosen another place.

Lovely stay in a cozy, spacious, and clean home

This was one of the first rentals I've stayed at in a long time that actually felt like a home! It was warm and inviting, and had plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable and have our privacy, but still have the lovely first floor to hang out together. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and all the stuff you'd want to cook (though we didn't on this trip), which is nice to see. And communication was A. Can't recommend this spot enough!

Hands down the best host and house I’ve ever booked

The communication from the host was great, the atmosphere was beautiful I felt like I was at home. I do not have a single complaint about this property. Johanna was awesome at replying to every single message I sent, and the house was ready when I got there. When I walked in I immediately felt the vibe of the house and it helped me get comfortable quick. I invited some friends over and it accommodated us perfectly. Every single room in the house had EVERYTHING we needed and the beds there are sooooo comfortable. Smelled good inside, super clean and very spacious. I was really happily surprised. The place looks way better than the pics. I have booked places before and in my experience there is always something missing BUT NOT HERE. She literally had everything a person would need in order to have a good overnight stay. From the utensils, to the toilet paper, to the blankets, extra air mattresses, the smart tvs, the many outlets present in the house, the Amazon Bluetooth speakers, the desks, extra chairs, the night lamps, to the trash cans in each room, it’s like she took her time to set up this house to accommodate everyone no matter what kind of stay they have. The details were so incredible. From short term stays to long term Stays whatever your situation this house can and will accommodate I will book again in the future. Overall I would give it 20 stars if I could. Thanks for having us and letting our friends come over and enjoy each others company inside your home.

Family Gathering

The rental was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. It was the perfect combination of offering my family a comfortable gathering place in the kitchen, dining and living room and a private retreat in the bedrooms upstairs. We had a great time. I would recommend this rental to others.

Perfect for a one night stay passing through town… I love that there are items “left behind/provided” rather than throwing away/wasting things! We felt comfortable adding to things there as well. Very clean. Rooms were great and beds comfortable!

Family stay

Stayed here for a family members graduation from Brown. If you are looking to not get 2-3 hotel rooms and want something more... This is you place. Clean and well appointed. Asked for early check in and late check out and was accommodated. Owner was very helpful.

Easy spot for a big group

This was home base for us for a night out in Providence and it did the trick. Not especially fancy or new, but entirely serviceable and spacious for our big crew. Parking was easy and it was just a short drive (under 15 min) to the places we wanted to go.
