”Nice room and convent to Saratoga raceway”

”The hotel was clean. It had two outdoor sitting areas, plus lots of indoors seating. It had a pool and exercise room which I did not have time to use. The room was bigger than expected with a sitting area and desk, plenty of counterspace, etc. All was good.”

”The best part of my stay was KEN! He checks you in, shuttles you around, even bartends at the end of the night! Absolutely fabulous hospitality! Honestly, all the staff were great. The only qualm was that the door on my room didn't line up with the jamb, so you had to lift it to close it when you came or left, but otherwise the beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and employees were fabulous. The free shuttle to the SPAC was worth my stay alone; not having to beat the traffic leaving a concert was...

”Where to start… very little parking, tv didn’t work by remote, floors squeaked, wouldn’t give me a receipt and it was needed for business expense report. I love antiques and it had a lot of those, but wasn’t impressed.”

”I was a huge fan of Brookmere and I will go back. However, I was quite sad to see every trip resulted in more issues than the last. I suspect the hotel is very thinly staffed because the issues stemmed from lack of care rather than poor facilities. e.g. Housekeeping would clean the bathroom but leave all the hair on the floor, repeatedly. ”My wife and I stayed for 3 days while she had a back proceedure. I asked the front desk if we would get a balcony room so she could rest in the sun. The hotel put us in a great room upgrade at no cost. The dining was good and cooked to order. A great stay.”
