”Great place to stay before heading to Crater Lake. New property, comfortable room and amenities and breakfast one would expect. The only thing I noticed missing was in-room safe. Overall would stay again if visiting the area. ”

”I think the cleanliness could’ve been better. Found some scratchers/ lottery that I presume to be non-winning in one of the drawers, also the top freezer in the fridge was not cleaned out. It had some dishes with melted ice cream. Other than that, check in was good. Very professional. Continental breakfast was great. The lady at the front desk reminded me to turn the waffle maker over when it started beeping. I would recommend this place.”

”We arrived late but the reception was still open and we ckecked in. We went looking for something to eat and in the meantime the reception had been closed. We opened the bed and found several dark hair on the bed. Also we found a credit card of another person the floor. In other words the room had not been cleaned up. It was disgusting and we changed to another hotel around 11 pm. We had been driving all day so we didn’t feel like starting to argue with non-existent receptionist.We had booked...

”BREAKFAST: I much appreciate the fact that oat milk was provided. On the downside, both kinds of breakfast cereal provided contain honey. Honey, being an animal product, is not consumed by vegans. MAINTENANCE: In our room (Room 114), the sink drains slowly.”

”Jacuzzi room was nice, but old”

”The walls were covered in dried blood splatters and the smell in the room was almost unbearable. I slept on the corner of the bed curled up on top of the covers with my own pillow and a jacket to cover with. The towels smelled so badly they were unusable. I suppose the price fits what you get. I should have slept in my car. GROSS”
