”We had a great week visiting the Turks and Caicos island and overall enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. It is advertised that there is a safe in the room- there is not. Restaurant access was fairly limited, but we didn’t mind walking and cabs were easy to come by. We did rent a car for 3 days which allowed us to see more...

”Very nice time, having resort amenities was a huge plus. We were not in condo very often but to shower and sleep. Good location to grocery store and a few restaurants. We did not rent a car. Found awesome taxi driver who we used several times. Water was amazingly clear and beautiful. Locals very friendly.”

”Amazing apartment right across the road from the beach. Super quiet and peaceful area. Front porch area with seating was awesome for lounging around at the end of the day. The beach gear came in real handy and we were super grateful for that. Host was pretty great. We showed up early and she had no problem letting us check-in early. Highly recommend. ”

”We were looking for something affordable and relatively not too far from the main beaches and this is the place. We had amazing and safe time during our stay. The property was gated with the security cameras and electric gate which made our stay very safe. The check in process was very easy, the host was very nice and care of our needs. The only thing I wish to update is the speed of the internet, it was kind of slow we could not catch up a lot on work emails but hey we are on vacation anyway....

”This property was great for 2 couples. Our only issue was the hot water. The hot water to the kitchen sink is completely shut off, as in the fact that the hot water pipe to the sink has been cut and capped. We were told that it is “because electricity is so expensive.” This is bad for those of us who cook some meals to save money and I think renters should be told this before renting. Also the hot water temperature was set so low that there was lukewarm water in the bathrooms. But we were able...

”Nice view of the ocean and quiet location with gated perimeter. The pool only has one long lounge chair but there are plenty of other chairs and we never saw anyone else at the pool except ourselves, so it was like a private pool. It was just a short walk or drive down to the beach which was very secluded and had pretty good snorkeling.”

”Had a great stay in the Blue Hills area. The host was friendly and responsive and the property was as listed. Hope to come back again soon! Enjoyed being in a quiet non-touristy area but close enough to all the major tourist sites if you have a rental car.”

”The property is out of the tourist area but the whole island is 17 miles so easy to get wherever you're going if you have rental car. Bedroom has tv with cable and window air conditioner. No tv in living room and has ceiling fan. Spacious place, full kitchen, lovely deck to have morning coffee. Property manager was resposive and accomodating.”
