Perfect Vacation Home

This place was perfect for a girls trip to Turks and Caicos. My friends and I stayed for one week and it was an amazing space that was clean and the area was safe and we actually were able to walk to most places on the main strip and walked to the grocery store.

February Stay

The property was close to the beach, stand alone apt building next to a hotel. The apt was clean. Bedroom furniture could be upgraded and the fridge was not pleasant looking on the outside. Neighbors next door have dogs in cages ( very sad to see) and they would also bark a lot. Rooster was up early but that didn’t bother as much as the sight & noise of the dogs.There was only 1 proper beach chair & 2 black camping style chairs that were very uncomfortable & we didn’t use.

Great Stay, but the neighbours dogs!!

The unit, location, proximity and property manager were all great! We really enjoyed our stay at Turks and Caicos. The only negative, and Jasmine tried to fix it, was the neighbours dogs. Setup in their back yard was 3-4 cages that housed Pit Bull type dogs that barked and fought with each at all hours of the day and night. Multiple calls were made and dogs would be quieted for a time, but numerous times we were woken up or had to listen to the ongoing barking.

very nice place..all as advertise..need a car if you wanna see other beaches..totally recomend leeward beach about 10 minute ride..grocery stores close..beach is truly only 5 minute walk..host very understanding and helpful..would totally come back again

Great townhouse close to the beach

The communication with the host was outstanding. She was very responsive and accommodating allowing for the late check out. The apartment is super clean and has everything you need, including stuff for the beach. The beach is about 6 minutes walking distance but we had a car and were parking at the public parking next to The Tides hotel, which was free and had plenty of space. We drove to different beaches and recommend Leeward beach that we enjoyed the most as it wasn’t crowded and it was very beautiful. It was about 10 minutes drive from the apartment. As far as the advertising of the apartment, there is no mention about the dogs next door that are outside in the cages and bark but will come down eventually but if you are light sleeper you might want the bedroom on the left overlooking the parking. You will also hear roosters in the other bedroom early in the morning. The rest was perfect and I recommend renting this place considering that it is affordable, spacious, modern and very clean. Thank you for everything.

Great Stay in Grace Beach

I enjoyed my stay. I felt safe. It was very spacious. The host was excellent and communication was great . The listing states walking distance. We used a rental in order to cover Grace Bay Area and other places (Taylor , Sepodille and Lobg Beach and Da Conch shack) on the island. It is very close to Mr Grouper and Grace Bay beach . There is also a market place about two miles from the condo when exiting take a left . It’s great for gifts . Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
