We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. It’s a good walk to the beach but we loved how close restaurants and shops are. It was nice to have 2 rooms.

Great location and lots of space for families. It has a cool small resort feeling in the commercial section of Provo. You can walk to several restaurants and the grocery store. We’ve stayed here two years in a row. It’s also located across the beach and is easily accessed. TCI is very pricey everywhere and this resort is reasonably affordable especially if sharing with another couple or friends.

This is a small group of townhouses surrounding a small and well cared for pool. A short walk (~8 min) to stunning Grace Bay Beach. The hotel gives chair cards for the beach, for the days of the trip. A short 10 min walk to strip malls, standalone shops and restaurants which include a few high end ones.

My whole family of 10 enjoyed our stay at Island Club Turks. The staff were very nice and accommodating. It’s close by all the shops and dining area and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again. I wish they had a washing machine inside the unit. When we stayed there the string lights were out. They just couldn’t fix it. We wanted to hangout outside during night time by the pool. It’s beautiful during the day and probably would have been beautiful and chill place at night. But overall I give them 9/10 rating.

Gem of a Resort
Island Club Turks is a gem of a resort. With townhouse style condos right in the heart of shopping and dining. Our flight was late and the office stayed open late to wait for us. The resort is quiet and quaint with updated units. A block away from the beach. Great place with a great rate. Walking distance to supermarket, shopping and dining. Great for families.

The Island Club makes super-expensive Turks & Caicos affordable!! You do a super easy 5 minute walk out to amazing Grace Bay Beach where the hotel has chairs set up for you. Just ask for an umbrella at the office if you want one. The pool and courtyard area at the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. The units are nice and clean and each have a great patio overlooking the pool area. Lastly, the hotel is right at the end of the very nice Grace Bay commercial area that has the island’s best shopping and eating options.

Excellent place! My cousin and I each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The communication was great and they were very friendly. They arranged a snorkeling trip for us and even had a driver pick us up. It was Super Bowl weekend and they had a party for the guests by the pool and grilled sliders. You feel like you’re part of their community when you stay there rather than just another customer.

Great location, spotty WiFi (mostly none unless you went outside). Beds very uncomfortably. No smart tv, pull out sofa did not pull out.

Hi Paula, thank you for your review. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi during your stay and we had a technician here every single day which has now fixed the issue. There were two sofa beds in the unit, one where the spring was caught and the other worked fine. If we would have known about the issue during your stay, we would have rectified it immediately. It is the first time we have had a negative review about the beds.

False advertising. Says pool is always often but the owner curses out everyone in the pool after 9pm. He threw toxic chemicals in the pool while me and my family were quietly enjoying our time (swear to god). Was extremely uncomfortable during my whole stay!!

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay but 2 nights in a row you were asked to quiet down at the pool. Never at 9pm. Our quiet time is 11pm to 7am. The last time we spoke with you was at 2:30 in the morning. After receiving several calls from other guests that were also woken up by your excessive noise at the pool. You were asked to leave so that the pool could be treated with non toxic chemicals while our guests slept. You refused to quiet down or get out of the pool. We thought about calling the police to have you removed but thought we could handle the situation.

At the moment, walk to the beach goes through a construction site. Overall, we were happy in feeling that for a property that is not on the water, but a 5 minute walk to it, it offered good value for the price in this category. It’s in the best area for shopping and dining so nice walks in the evening here. Property is well maintained. The staff was helpful and really got us out of a bind when our rental car died a short time from an expensive reservation. Helped us out of that jam. I’d stay there again. The beach seemed very windy here but not sure if that was just a coincidence or if that’s typical. Maybe it’s windy in the off season?

We booked this property because we needed affordable accommodations for one adult and three teens. The 2-bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful and made great suggestions for some interesting day trips. A beautiful stray cat 'adopted' us for our stay, which was a nice bonus. We had a wonderful time in Turks and Caicos and this hotel was the perfect home base. Thanks!

This property is a hidden gem!! It has been recently renovated and is beautiful!! It has everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved being in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and the beach was an easy 5-8 min walk across the street. Love greeted us on arrival and was absolutely the sweetest and deb the owner was very accommodating when we need to stay later because the airport shutdown over a strike and we couldn’t leave. She kept us updated and was so helpful!! I will be back to island club Turks, Thankyou!!

I like the area. We stayed close to the beach and Restaurants. The property needs some upgrades especially the beds. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall my family and I enjoyed! The staff, KiKi, Love and Anna were SUPER nice!

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. From the staff to the entire place it was AMAZING. I have nothing to complain about. It’s located right in the middle of everything in Grace bay. This place accommodated the entire family trip of 14 guests and they made us feel more than welcomed. I would like to thank Love, Brucelee, Jack, and the housekeeping staff for their amazing hospitality. We plan to return as soon as possible. Thank you again for an amazing time.

Comfortable 3 bedroom home near restaurants. Very nice area to walk and enjoy the community. A few little issues in the beginning of our stay, but they got resolved quickly. All in all we had a good time and would recommend to friends. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach.

Great location in Grace bay. We did rent a car but you are in walking distance to the beach, shopping and the grocery store. We had a wonderful condo, used the pool daily and staff were awesome. You have your own bbq which is super nice in addition to the full kitchen! Staff cleaned the bbq daily and kept that place clean!!! The only thing i wished they had was a place to do some laundry. No big deal, as we had an area to lay out towels and wet clothes. Plus there is a laundromat nearby. All in all, you won't be disappointed staying here!!

I loved everything about this place! The customer service was EXCELLENT! KiKi and Rachel were always available for our questions and they always had an answer! The kitchen includes everything you need to cook a meal! The location was perfect! Walking distance to several lounges, the beach and souvenir shops! The Maintenance guy even cut down a couple Coconuts for Us out the tree! I would def stay here again! Thank you!

Perfection!
What a lovely place to stay! If you are heading to Grace Bay Beach, do yourself a favor and book a stay at one of these condos! This is the PERFECT place if you are looking for a budget-friendly spot that is literally walking distance to everything. The owners and their staff are the sweetest, kindest people ever! We arrived on our son’s 4th birthday, and they set up the kitchen/dining area with balloons and cupcakes! He spent the rest of the trip referring to our condo as his “birthday house”. We would wake up every morning and head out for coffee at the local cafes. We would then usually hit up the beach, which was an easy 5 min walk. And then we would relax in the pool during the afternoon, which was quaint and tropical. We spent some nights cooking in and other nights out at the local restaurants. It was nice to have the option to do both. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here—you won’t be disappointed!

Nice location, easy walk to the beach. For the price we paid, it was OK accommodation. Place is expensive to eat. If you like the beach, it is real fun. Not much to do on the Island.

The property managers, Joe and Debbie, are wonderful people. They made the stay a great experience. This is an excellent property if your staying just a few days or a few weeks. Fully stocked kitchen and brand new bbq grills on the patio. Perfect location in Grace Bay.

The moment you step into this little paradise, you know that you chose the right place. It is a tranquil, clean, comfortable and beautiful oasis with the friendliest hosts imaginable. We´ve had such a great time that we promised ourselves to be back soon. We´ve had the pool most of the times to ourselves, a kitchen stocked with everything you can possibly need and a professional BBQ that we did not use this time because there are so many restaurants in a short walking discance.
