The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with granite countertops, dual refrigerators, and an extended breakfast bar that seats eight. Enjoy outdoor dining on a wooden terrace with a table for ten, a barbecue grill, and ample cushioned seating.

The bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, featuring plush bedding, luxury linens, and stunning views. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower, a TV, and a serene pool view. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bath with a shower, and lush garden views. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, perfect for children, while the fourth bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and poolside view.

Six Turtles Villa is the ideal base for island adventures, offering a spa-style outdoor shower, a swimming pool, oceanfront views, and easy access to Taylor Bay Beach.

**Payment Terms:

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.



Notes:

• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee.

• One mid-week cleaning is included in the rental rate. Additional cleaning is available for an additional cost.

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given the first $400 per week of AC use at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs for energy usage.

• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
