The kitchen is set up for guests who prefer to prepare meals at the villa, while the dining and outdoor areas offer additional spaces to enjoy meals and conversation. Outside, guests can enjoy the villa's private outdoor areas and pool, creating the perfect setting for a refreshing swim, relaxing in the sunshine, enjoying a meal outdoors, or simply taking in the laid-back island atmosphere.

Turks & Caicos relies on imported fuel for electricity, making energy both a valuable resource and a significant expense. To encourage responsible consumption, we include $60 USD per day in electricity usage, which is more than sufficient for typical guest use.

Any electricity usage exceeding the allotted allowance will be calculated based on the actual consumption and charged back to the guest at the applicable electricity rate.
