”The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! ”The property is ok. Access to water and bus makes it ok . The building is dated . Electricity needs updating . Door deadbolt was not functional or had any extra secure lock . Window did not close shut or lock. Very musty smell but to be expected ?”

”Everything about the stay was good except for the shower. The water temperature was completely unpredictable — it would randomly switch from comfortable to dangerously hot or freezing cold in seconds. Taking a shower felt like playing roulette. I honestly took the fastest shower of my life because I couldn’t wait to get out. This really needs to be fixed.”
