”The staff member we encountered upon check-in was dismissive, rude and not friendly. She seemed to be annoyed by my party asking if there were any rooms available together. She was annoyed when we asked for an extra set of towels because there were only two sets in the room for 3 guests. The towels themselves were not the most clean. The rooms were fine minus the constant drip of the water from the tub. Overall, the rooms were fine, but the customer service was so bad, we will not be staying...

”Hotel's beach and pool were great. Walking opportunity to a lighthouse nearby lovely. The hotel was nice but there was a lot of sand on The floor. When we mentioned about it, it was cleaned partly but not everything. ”

”Right on the beach, comfortable, clean, staff were very helpful, bike storage shed, balcony, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, tennis courts and basketball breakfast place which was very good, right across the road, great place to cycle, close to the Truro Winery, and good restaurant, Mullins, loved swimming out to the Jetty in the ocean , great stay. ”

”Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations.”

”Excellent hotel. Clean rooms. Location was amazing and couldn’t be more walkable to anywhere in town. Paul was extremely accommodating. He went overboard for my wife and I. I would definitely stay here again.”
