Kauniisti remontoitu West End House w / Spectacular puutarha ja loistava sijainti!

Viehättävä, aurinkoa täynnä oleva seisova talo erinomaisella paikalla Ptownin toivotussa West Endissä! Tämä koti on rakennettu vuonna 1850 ja sillä on suuri puutarha. Tämä tilava koti kunnostettiin ylhäältä alas vuonna 2018! Olohuoneessa on katedraali, kattopalkit, kaasutakka ja sarja pariovia, jotka avautuvat kauniiseen, suureen puutarhaan. Kaikki 3 kylpyä on kunnostettu kokonaan viimeisteltynä.
Äskettäin tehdyssä puutarhassa on 2 erillistä bluestone-patio-aluetta ruokailua ja rentoutumista varten. Siellä on ruokapöytä jopa 8 hengelle ja erillinen oleskelutila. Lisäksi on grilli ja ulkosuihku.
Avoimessa keittiössä on uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja se on täysin varustettu. Aurinkoisessa ja ilmavassa yläkerrassa on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa on uudet tilavat kylpyhuone kylpyammeet erinomaisella varastoinnilla, korkeat katot ja kattoikkunat. Kolmas makuuhuone ja kolmas kylpyhuone on alakerrassa. Kaikissa huoneissa on erittäin mukavat king-size-vuoteet ja taulutelevisio. Talossa on keskusilmastointi, erilliset säätimet jokaisessa huoneessa, antiikki mäntylattiat, kaapeli / wifi, Sonos Sound System ja säteilevät lämmitetyt lattiat kylpyammeissa. Pysäköinti jopa 2 pienelle tai keskikokoiselle autolle.
Talo sijaitsee kauniilla kadulla Provincetownin historiallisessa West Endissä, joka on osa kaupunkia lähempänä Herring Coven rantaa. Se on vain 2 korttelin päässä Relish Bakery & Sandwich Shop -kaupungista Commercial St -rannalla, 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Mussel Beachin kuntosalista ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Boatslipistä. Kävele tai pyöräile rannalle ja mihin tahansa kaupunkiin!

This was my first time staying in this Nickerson house. The owners have done a great job with the updates and keeping the expected PTown charm. The rooms and bathrooms were a nice size and the amenities were as expected. Although the weather kept us from utilizing the outdoor space much, it was super nice and would be great for some our door meals and morning coffee with the sun coming up. The owners were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Great stay.

We had a wonderful three days at this beautiful home on a great, and super quiet, street. Easy walking distance to everything Ptown has to offer. We were 3 couples and everyone had nothing but great things to say about the home. Super clean, thoughtful touches and very well laid out. You simply must make time to relax in the backyard as it’s lovely and enchanting. We hope to come back soon.

It’s a lovely place, quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic garden where we spent lots of time. House is updated with comfortable king beds, nice showers, comfortable furniture and tasteful decor. Only minor issue the 1st floor bedroom’s bathroom is not en-suite and the kitchen is very small, but well equipped. If you’re a big screen tv watcher this wouldn’t be for you as tv’s are tiny, but this was actually a plus for us. Overall cannot go wrong choosing this home.

What a lovely vacation house!

Went with a group of friends and we spent a relaxing week. It's a high-end property, it's newly renovated and the landscaping is really well done. On a quiet street but close to all of the West End and Commercial Street. Provincetown has gotten fancy and this place fit right in. Beach house vibes. Our hosts were very responsive to questions and suggestions. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Spectacular!

This was our first stay in Drew and Alan’s home and hopefully not our last! The house is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and perfectly located. It is private and quiet, but so close to the fun of Commercial Street, just a quick walk away. I cannot recommend this home highly enough!

Great PTown Getaway - perfect!

Beautiful home! Great location! Fabulous outdoor space! All three bedrooms have a king sized bed (hard to find in PTown) and parking for two cars! What else can you ask for? Our family had a terrific stay and hope to book again. Home is within walking distance to all West End favorite spots!

Perfect Ptown Stay

Drew's home exceeded our expectations in every way, from the smooth check-in to the stress-free check-out. The house itself is ideal for 3 couples, with beautiful shared spaces and 3 large and well-appointed bedrooms/baths. The garden is very large and immaculately groomed. The attention to detail inside and out is spectacular. Located in a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes walk to the action. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a great time at Drew’s place. It’s a great location in a quiet area not far from the main strip. We had a group of 6 stay in the house which had plenty of space and an amazing patio to hang out with a larger group. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Slice of Heaven

Wow! This is the perfect space for a small group/ family or a couple. My husband and I invited our adult girls for a couple of days during our stay and everyone can hardly wait to go back. The house has bathrooms for each bedroom which is so nice on a vacation. The property is also just the perfect blend of comfort and luxury and modern amenities with traditional charm. The kitchen was more than well appointed and had everything we could need. We cooked in easily one night and had fun taking the short walk to town for breakfast and other meals out. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and adds so much additional space for socializing and relaxing. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better we tried the outdoor shower in the backyard! HEAVEN! Beaches are a short run away and we were mesmerized by the wildlife. We had a lovely week and will be returning!

I had a fantastic experience with this VRBO stay. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect – nestled in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to everything I needed. Lovely home and location

My friends and I had an excellent stay at this beautiful home. The listing description is definitely accurate. The home is newly renovated so the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area are all very clean, bright, and in excellent condition. We particularly liked how well the bathrooms are appointed with modern showers and vanities. The garden is the largest of any private home I've seen in Ptown. It's well-maintained with a nice variety of plants and shrubs. We'll definitely stay here again.

This is a great VRBO property. Perfect for 3 couples. Great location, quiet neighborhood, great entertainment areas inside and out. The homeowners have thought of everything which made for a very comfortable stay.

Greatest rental in P-town!

This has been my favorite rental in P-town. The accommodations were top notch and the location couldn’t be better. Each bedroom had a king size bed and its own, beautiful bathroom… hard to find in this town. We loved using the beautiful outdoor space for meals and cocktails. I didn’t need to reach out, as we had no issues, but the hosts were easy to contact.

Peaceful Property in P'town

Drew and Alan's home is charming and has a truly gorgeous garden where we spent a lot of time during out stay. The neighborhood is one of our favorites in Provincetown - quiet and breezy with a lot of lovely trees. Our hosts created a wonderful "welcome book" that provided a great orientation to the property and things to do (plenty!) in town. Even our rainy days were fun - playing games in front of the fire and cooking together in the well-appointed kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Can I Give It 6 Stars??

Just returned from a week-long stay in September 2020. The house and location cannot be beat. The house and yard were spotless. The messages with the owners were clear and extremely helpful. They recommended restaurants and activities that we loved. Dinner at Sal's and the sunsets at Herring Cove were unforgettable. Our group was a married couple and adult daughter. We wanted a place where we could all do our own thing and not be bound by sharing one car. We rode bikes to the beach, walked to town, read in the backyard, went shopping at Stop&Shop 5 minutes away. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. At night when it was chilly, we'd open the back sliders, play jazz on the Sonos speaker, turn on the gas fire and toast to a beautiful night in a beautiful home!

Lovely house in historic Provincetown

House was recently renovated and is in very good condition. Has great outdoor space with an eating area and a separate seating area which is very nice to relax in. Location is an easy 15 minute walk from downtown and all of it's restaurants and activities. Well equipped furnishings in great condition. Owners were always available and good to deal with. Overall a great place to stay.
