Yes, we have a free parking spot for you to use! Our parking spot is right behind the building, and can accommodate standard-sized vehicles. If you're coming in an oversized vehicle or larger pickup truck, you might need to park elsewhere if you end up blocking access for the other unit owners.

Additionally, there is bike rack parking available in the parking area for your convenience.

Alternatively, the West End Parking Lot is conveniently located across about 6 minutes away by foot. Parking is first-come, first-serve. 45 parking spots. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is by the hour, and a 24-hour parking fee is $30.

Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street and units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear very little.

Instead of charging a separate security deposit like many hosts do, our rental rates already include a damage waiver fee that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property as a result of your acts or omissions.

❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules, including smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, or burning candles, incense, or any open flames, as well as unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events, may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, your stay may also be terminated immediately without a refund.
