I don’t have anything negative to say about the rental, or the check in/ check out process. The host checked in on me before , during and after the stay to ensure I had no issues and everything I needed. Perfect location, the view and the deck were amazing. I would totally recommend it and rent there again myself!

The location of this property is excellent, right on the corner of Commercial and Ryder Street. The parking at the Monument wasn't to far at all. 10 a day, really not bad for the area. The cleanliness is excellent, not one complaint. Comfortable place, a bit dated but it works. There are two sets of stairs to get to the actual living space, which are rather steep (for those that may be a little older or restricted). There is a second floor space which we did not use, its the 3rd floor which has the Kitchen, Livingroom, bedroom area. Well equipped kitchen, both a Keurig and a small coffee machine (4 cup). Nice large bay window that looks out to Commercial Street and the Bay, which was great! Very nice deck with very close views of Pilgrim Monument. It was cool so the heat was nice to have. The communication between the host and myself was flawless. That always makes things easy! I would defiantly stay here again!

Super space in the heart of Provincetown. Easy parking and then a walkable town. I think if the AC units had been removed the room air perhaps would have been less stale. It was warm and wi does could be opened. The team was responsive when I had questions. Would rent again.
