The location is ideal, with direct ocean views and only steps from the public access beach. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided.

The home welcomes pets and can accommodate up to seven guests. The home is equipped with Nest smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. Year-round, queer-friendly events include August’s Carnival, where 90,000 people gather to enjoy the camp and colorful parade on Commercial Street. May is our annual Single Women’s Weekend, and October is our flamboyant Fantasia Fair. We finish the year in style with our Santa race — complete with teeny-tiny swimsuits.

Martin House is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of P-town. Located next to the world-famous Boatslip Resort & Beachclub, you can spend the day luxuriating by the ocean and enjoying superb hospitality. Whale-watching tours are available at certain times of the year, and sunset sailing trips can be enjoyed year-round.

The second primary bedroom features a stunning exposed brick chimney over the fireplace and a plush king-size bed. Step out the door to the second-level balcony and take in the sea views.
