Free WiFi adds a touch of modern convenience to this classic Cape retreat. Things to Know Homeowner Association restrictions do not allow for more than 2 overnight occupants. This unit is not equipped with a TV. There is a portable grill for off-premise use. Beds are located in the loft with access by a stair ladder. There is a low ceiling in the loft space. No animals allowed in this unit, at any time. This unit has HOA rules strictly prohibiting animals on the property. No visitors with animals allowed. Please, no animals.
