Sunday to Sunday rental mid-June to mid-September . Three night rentals available at all other times except for a 4 night minimum for Memorial Day weekend. Cleaning fee on all rentals fewer than 7 nights of $300. ----The property has a basement level apartment rented year-round to a man who works in town.
