Tule ja tuntea olosi kotoisaksi asettaessasi paikallisen tapaan kaupungin länsipäässä. Ihanteellisella paikalla rauhallisella kadulla vain yhden korttelin päässä Kaupallisesta kadusta. Boatslip on kahden korttelin päässä. Yleiskauppa, Stop and Shop ja polkupyörien vuokraus ovat hyvin lähellä. Muscle Beach-kuntosali aivan nurkan takana. Löydät viihtyisän ilmapiirin kovapuulattiat, puulattia ja tyylikäs sisustus. Langaton langaton internetyhteys. Olohuoneessa on 32 tuuman taulutelevisio kaapelilla ja DVD-soitin. 2 makuuhuoneessa on upouusi ja erittäin mukavat queen-size-vuoteet sekä uudet kattotuuletin. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on kattotuuletin, liesi, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja tehosekoitin sekä laaja valikoima keittiövälineitä. Huoneisto on myös varustettu langattomalla internetyhteydellä. Ilmastointi. Pysäköinti yhdelle autolle ajotieltä. Kävele kaikkeen.


Tämä on upea sijainti kaupungin länsipäässä. Hiljainen katu, mutta vain yhden korttelin päässä kaupallisesta. Voit kävellä kaikkeen. Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset. Kaapeli-tv ja langaton internetyhteys. Ihana oma terassi pois keittiöstä. Ilmastoitu. Pysäköinti yhdelle autolle. Erittäin siisti ja viehättävä yksikkö.

This charming condo served as home base for myself and two friends during a chilly week in September, and I can tell you the comfort it provided instantly felt like home. I was impressed by the quality and abundance of available cookware, and the glassware was noteworthy as well. The bedroom closets are large with plenty of hangers. We found the beds to be very comfortable, and both bedrooms have a chest of drawers for ample clothing storage. I loved starting the day on the balcony with a cup of tea as the town wakes up, as well as watching the sun set each evening. Randy was a wonderful host and answered my texts quickly and with great care. The location is perfect - a block from the action of Commercial Street, seconds from the gym, and walking distance to the Stop and Shop and many excellent restaurants. We all agreed it was the perfect setting for our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Hidden gem in the heart of Ptown

Quaint, charming, and amazing location in the heart of Ptown. Easy check-in, responsive host. Very accurate description and representation of photos. Kitchen is no frills but has everything you need to cook and even entertain a small group in the deck. High recommend and hope to be back!

2nd stay just as great!

I visit Ptown once a year every year to visit friends. This was my 2nd time staying at this location and it was just like the first time. Very clean, excellent communication with owner and just cannot beat the location and the fact that there is a parking space. There is no need for a car when staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Absolutely love it here and will be back again! Jennifer

The perfect home away from home

We just loved this place. It reminded us of our own home in so many ways. It’s situated at a high elevation on the West End, on the second floor of a traditional historic Provincetown shingle style home, with a beautiful sunset view from the entry porch. The location is so convenient to everything. Allowing you to be very close to Commercial Street, but not in the thick of so much activity or noise. The inside of the unit retains its original historic details and layout, including a separate living room, kitchen-dining area and two bedrooms. We loved the attention to detail and the eclectic style of the decor that included antique furniture and a variety of fine artwork. We like to cook, and we were pleased to find every kind of kitchen item and appliance that one could need to make any kind of meal. Our host Randy was a pleasure to work with and offered very attentive hospitality, and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. We look forward to staying again next year.

Annual Tradition!

This was our second year staying at this property and we had a blast. The perfect size for our family of three - everyone has their own room, and plenty of space to stretch out! The location is perfect to walk into town for dinner, shows, and enjoy the sites. We already booked for 2025!

Nice place

Bathroom is poor and shower needs a grab bar. It is dangerous and nothing to hold on to. Shower curtains close in the space. Listing says gym, and hot tub. No such amenity. Deck nice, and bed rooms good. Early check in was appreciated. Great parlor. TV less than adequate.We enjoyed our stay anyway.

Perfect blend of fun and relaxation

Spent New Year's weekend at Randy's property and it provided easy access to everything! We walked to breakfast, to shopping on Commercial St, to the Pilgrim monument and more. When we couldn't walk anymore, we had a cozy place nearby to rest and recharge. An excellent time all around!

Charming, well-equipped, great location

Beautiful upper duplex apartment from the early 1900's, full of beautiful original woodwork, charmingly decorated and with a large well-equipped kitchen. Randy seems to have thought of everything when he set this up for renting. We had special towels for the beach, an ironing board, a blender, coffee maker (and ground coffee), easy-to-use smart TV, automatic lights for the stairs and kitchen at night for safety, great location just a few hundred feet from Commercial Street, comfortable beds. Both Randy and his property manager were very responsive to our texts and phone calls. We'd love to go back!

Conveniently located in ideal neighborhood

Randy was a gem to communicate with, very responsive, accommodating, kind. The unit is in a great location, a block from Commercial Street, but quiet, just across from Liz's Anybody's Cafe (a lovely restaurant/bar) and Mussel Beach gym club. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the unit very clean. The kitchen was marvelously equipped, ideal for those who love to cook (and eat). There were some difficulties--the key to get in is counterintuitive--you turn it the opposite way you would think, which took me some time to figure out. The bathroom is very small though workable. Bedrooms have new ceiling fans, comfortable beds, but air conditioning only in the kitchen and living room. Streaming options were very good. Many furnishings could use a bit of updating--it's a tad rustic/old fashioned. The main issue I had was the parking--it is tight, even for P'Town--I'd have rented an even more compact car. Randy kindly let me take up a bit more space as another unit was unoccupied. But given the way the neighbor parked their large RR + my skills or lack thereof, I still dinged the rental car backing out as there is a cement wall across the very narrow road from the drive. If two cars were in the drive, you likely would have to exit your car from the passenger side. All around good experience, notwithstanding the above.

This two bedroom was perfect for our family of three. We walked into town for breakfast and dinner every night. It was quiet and comfortable. Randy was fantastic to communicate with and even helped us when we lost the key!! (Oops. Sorry!!). Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful location

Great spot. Walking distance from everything in town. The beds were comfortable and each room had a ceiling fan. Randy was helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants. We will definitely be back, and plan to stay here again.

Great location & cozy setting!

Randy's place is on the 2nd floor of a quintessential Ptown building in its lovely historic section. This means, it's close enough to "the action," but far away enough to be spared street noise. We did not hear noise from the apartment above or below, though that might have been because we visited in November. The apartment consists of a compact and EXTREMELY well-stocked kitchen. (Honestly, as a frequent renter on the Cape, I cannot remember a kitchen that's so well equipped. There are also two decent-sized bedrooms with queen beds and a separate, lovely living room that can be closed off by a door. There are windows on two walls, a fine TV, comfy couch and chairs + games, books and great WiFi. We spent a really nice rainy afternoon reading and knitting there. The only drawback to the place is the bathroom, which is functional, if small. This is not a place to bring 2 families. It's perfect for a couple who might like another bedroom for a brief visitor or, as we used it, to store our clothes and change. This is not party central, nor should it be. Randy is an excellent and communicative owner with reasonable requests. Above all, and I can't stress this enough, the place is CLEAN. I know how important that is in deciding whether to rent. But, considering the age of the building and the space of the bathroom, my husband and I were so impressed. One other thing, there's a parking space, but it's small. Bring a compact car - it's just easier overall in Ptown. Thank you, Randy, for a lovely stay.

Fabulous !

Well kept, well maintained.....a perfect place to stay. This gem had everything that we needed to make the weekend perfect. The condo has everything-A fully equipped kitchen,the absolute best bath towels, a terrifc coffee maker and a great lil deck to hang out on.. Easy walk to downtown, across the street from a super lil restaurant, on site parking......... Absolutely awesome.... Thank You Randy :)
