La Grange d'Elie or memory of a grandfather: a sentimental family legacy to which we wished to give new life so that the story continues...the renovation completed, the dream is fulfilled! In a resolutely contemporary spirit and a refined decoration, we like the vast and luminous living room illuminated by large bay windows, the bedrooms all equipped with a beautiful private bathroom, we appreciate the comfort and modern equipment inside, the possibility to enjoy the large secure terrace overlooking the surrounding landscape ... and especially the fully secure swimming pool which will be the place for pleasant moments of relaxation with family or friends. Ideally located near a charming village in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, with the particularity of being situated on an island, near a river that fishing enthusiasts will appreciate and a lake, the Grange d'Elie is perfect to accommodate 4 to 8 people!Access to the gite by a few steps, secured terrace with a relaxing lounge area and large garden furniture protected by a large electric blind. A large bay window leads to the gite with all the rooms on the same level: large living room with sitting area (flat screen TV, large corner sofa), dining area, beautiful kitchen area with built-in appliances (hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...). A wide corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 where you can easily add a baby bed which will be provided, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90. Independent WC. Unfenced ground with portico, private fenced swimming pool. Adjoining gite with the owners' house, not overlooked. For your comfort, you will find at your arrival beds made and towels and tea towels will be provided at no extra charge. Reversible air conditioning (a contribution to electricity will be required from October to the end of May only).
