”The rooms are spacious and had everything i needed for a 10 day stay. The pool was nice. The daily breakfast was good. The staff are really friendly. The only area i can see needs improvement is housekeeping. The room was serviced late if at all, one day our garbage and towels were changed but the bed left unmade. Not a big deal but you would think housekeeping would make the bed if seen undone. I will return!!!!”

”The bedding was Nelly and not clean. It was also put backwards. N ok WiFi, TV didn’t work couldn’t see any other channels. Carpet is so dirty that it left black marks on my feet. Smell of the hallway was distinct also the second night there was a huge group and they were very noisy at 11:29 till 12 am. And in the morning the were noisy again waking each others. Overall I don’t think I’ll choose Marriott again.”

”I booked a stay for 3 days to be in albany for my mom's ninetieth birthday. The room appeared clean, but after walking around the first night.The floors made our feet black. The next day we went with my mom. The entire day when we returned, it was late, our beds were not made. The trash was not taken out.The towels were still on the bathroom floor. ”Staff very helpful and welcoming, love the eco-friendly refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in shower. Prevents plastic pollution due to many disposable shampoo bottles.”

”The parking was a lot but the lack of lights on one side of the parking lot didn’t feel too safe to leave my car overnight. The AC worked okay. The floor was sticky and there was a stain on our bathroom that possibly looked like fecal matter.”

”This hotel was very terrible. I literally felt very unsafe to stay there. It needs to be condemned. The room was very dirty. No smoke detector, a piece of joint on floor, and the door had holes in it. The door jam looked like it had been kicked in many of times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SLEEP HERE. The employee at front desk tried to put us in another room but we declined and went to another place.”

”It was an inexpensive and convenient location and the room we had was quite large and had a sleeper sofa, and the staff was friendly. But cleanliness was not good. Im not a picky person in general but there were noticeable stains on the bedding and towels and a layer of dust and grime on pretty much everything else that most hotels we've been to at least make an attempt to clean up. The beds had very little actual bedding. No comforters to be found basically just a paper thin sheet and...

”Perfect place if you want to be able to be comfortable! More like a home. Great staff clean, great staff and great food. Has a full size fridge, microwave and dishes. Perfect for families.”

”The rooms were huge, and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and the kids loved the pool. We booked multiple rooms for a soccer tournament and it was close to many restaurants, the sports facility and across the street from the airport. ”
