It is located on the thermal route, 10 km from the Pucón Indómito hot springs, 14 km from the Huife hot springs, 13 km from the Quimeyco hot springs and 18 km from Los Pozones. Some of the closest tourist attractions are the beaches of Caburgua (White and Black silver), fish viewpoint, Caburgua eyes and Huerquehue National Park with wonderful trekking. It has 3 pieces; 2 double rooms, 1 with a superking bed and another with single beds plus a third with a cabin and a divan bed where 4 people can sleep. Two large bathrooms in the house plus a third with a shower in the barbecue area. Beautiful dining room with native wood, large living room, water jar, barbecue area, children's games, soccer field and hammocks.

General description: The house is inside a private condominium with controlled access on a plot of 5,000 m2 where you will have access walking 50 meters from the house to the Coilaco River, very little traveled, only by people from the condominium, where you can enjoy its imposing and wonderful waterfall, walk through it and do recreational fishing, kayaking or simply rest and observe the nature that surrounds it, it has several sandy areas where you can rest or bathe peacefully.
