”The shower pressure was terrible we rarely had hot water we got lucky if we did and the. Restaurant on the hotel property was only open from Thursday to Sunday I believe and I unfortunately didn’t stay on those days so I had to leave the resort everyday to eat. Other than that it’s beautiful the AC felt great staff was great ! If water pressure isn’t a problem for yu definitely boook”

On the positive side, the hotel itself is a great spot if you are looking for cleanliness and comfort. Both the hotel and my room were well-maintained, tidy, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was very basic, but it was a sufficient way to start the day.
However, I feel it is important to note that the surrounding street and area felt quite sketchy. There were a large number of homeless persons and street...

”This is a beautiful hotel and the double bed room was huge. The decor is very upscale and the rooftop lounge/ hot tub area is amazing.
Now for the cons:
The parking situation is not ideal. There’s a garage within walking distance but it’s very easy to get turned around in there. We ended up lost trying to find our way back out to the hotel.
The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. The pillows were completely flat and the mattress was hard as a rock.
Do not expect to sleep well...

”Location is 10 minutes from Old San Juan. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower head was not functioning properly. Whenever I would leave the hotel to come back, you need to ring the door bell. One night they left me outside for 10 min. If having this kind of security is necessary they need to to provide guest w a pin to be able to walk in or out of the property without having to wait for someone to unlock the door id safety is a concern”

”Small hotel definitely a nice day. There is no elevator so if you don’t have a room on the first floor, you do have to carry your bags up.
The pool area is very nice. The rooms are definitely old boutique style, and no real update or renovations to them.
But overall, the staff was incredible and very friendly. They also have a pretty cheap car rental place located right next-door.”
