”Beautiful hotel right in front of concha beach. Had a very homely feel. As if you were staying at a friend’s fabulously tasteful house. Very lovely bedroom , comfortable bed and quiet ( in the night ) despite being right in front of the beach. Easy to walk into the old town- five minutes walk. ”

Encountered three different reception staff, all very friendly, efficient and helpful. Great ambassadors for the hotel. Bar manager similarly was efficient, and friendly, nothing was too much.
Would recommend this hotel for its location and the great staff.”

The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall.”

”Our stay in San Sebastián was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The location is nothing short of incredible—right outside the vibrant part of town filled with cafés, bars, and all the energy you want when visiting this beautiful city. It felt like being in the heart of everything, yet the building itself was safe, welcoming, and well...

Hotelli on vähän ytimestä sivussa. Kävely puiston läpi noin 20 minuuttia. Vastaanotto hotellissa vähän sekava. Lisäksi vastaanoton tietoturvassa olisi parannettavaa, kun henkilökunnan näytöt ovat kaikille näkyvissä. Pysäköinti toimiva. Menisin uudelleen.”

”The hotel is located in the center of San Sebastián. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and the beach.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
The concierge staff gave us a list of a variety restaurants including Michelin Star restaurants.
The food in San Sebastián is excellent. ”

”La cama es muy cómoda, la habitación limpia, es moderna, son pequeñas las habitaciones pero están muy bien. La ducha sale mucha agua, las toallas son de muy buena calidad. El personal es muy amable y te reciben con una bebida de cortesía. ”

”Location: Great location as it was an esy walk to everythingvyet far enouhh away from the crowds. Hotel: Very nice, clean, modern. Has a wonderful roof top deck with bar and pool which provide great views over the city and water. Gym is very well equiped. Great breakfast. Rooms: very nice and clean. Great shower and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Staff: Wonderful and especially the breakfast staff. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. San Sebastian is a wonderful city to visit.”

”Incredible location near all the action but on a quieter street. Interior room, but had a small window and was very quiet. Best shower we’ve had in Spain yet! Host was very welcoming in the morning. Highly recommend!”

"The hotel is located on a quiet street with very quick access to the Kontxa beach. The staff was very helpful but not always available. They had switched the heating off for the summer in mid-April, which made the room a bit chilly. Otherwise an excellent experience."
