”The home was very clean and the communication was very easy. The home feels private but is not far from many restaurants and beaches! It felt very safe. This was our first stay on the island and we enjoyed this location. The AC was powerful and kept us cool at night. The pool was clean and bigger than I expected. Instructions and communications were very clear. I would 10/10 recommend this stay! ”

”Can Lloren was really great although the villa felt much smaller than the impression we had from the photos on the website . In saying that it was perfectly formed and adequate for our needs. A better equipment kitchen would be good but everything was clean and the owner was very helpful. Would recommend.”

”Just 2 comments for the Villa, 1. The air con in the ground floor master bedroom doesn’t work properly, it appears to be very old. 2. The sinks in the kitchen don’t drain particularly well. However other than this we had a wonderful time, will go back and would recommend to others. ”

”As a Group of 8 guys, we had this Villa for a base for cycling trips. Fantastic price, lovely pool and situated on the edge of town but still within 10 minutes walk of the town. This Villa had 8 separate beds and could sleep 10. Lovely covered area for eating outside, barbecue area, table tennis etc. would hire this place again”

”Spacious clean traditional villa in beautiful gardens - 15 minutes walk to sea front. Loved lying in the pool watching the mountain goats scaling the mountain behind the villa. It's a little piece of paradise.”

”Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity.”

”Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area.
