”This is our second time staying at this beautiful property and we are thrilled once again. The location is ideal – both the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença are within easy reach. The beaches of both towns are also less than 10 minutes away by car.The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is lovingly maintained and in good condition. ”lovely holiday, the villa was spotlessly clean and more of a home from home feel about it. As mentioned the pool is deep but our 7 year old loved it for jumping in and playing. (inflatables left by previous guests were an added bonus!!). Plenty of space for us, nice quiet location and a 15 minute walk to the beach”

”The apartment is great but there isn’t AC in the bedrooms which made for a stuffy evening. The owner did provide one fan but there should be one in each bedroom. Aside from the hot bedroom the unit was clean ”

”Lovely location looking over the main plaza where the market & fiestas are. 5 min walk to beach & harbour. Surrounded by good resturants & pubs. The flat was very spacious with a fab roof terrace. Can be loud music on weekend evening but music stops at 1am & silent following. I definitely would go again.”

”Very happy with the Villa it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay .Location is excellent for the beach which is very nice and the nearby shops .. there are some very lovely restaurants within walking distance - car is not needed Communication from Hollidu was great once the holiday came around but not so good prior when we asked for some help with transfers etc - we used gettransfer.com who were absolutely fantastic both journeys .. would we stay here again - absolutely ”

”We stayed last year and found it very basic. This year no change, very tired uncomfortable outdoor furniture absolutely no effort to update. shower curtain yuk! And shower heads don’t stay on wall. Also when I got back I was horrified to see there had been a burglary last year I would never have stayed with my family if I’d known. We won’t be going back”

”The furniture (sofa) needs cleaning. The shower curtain was disgusting, moldy. I mentioned it the host. Can't be that much to replace a shower curtain, especially for what we paid for the place. There is a roach problem, thankfully they did have roach spray under the sink. Its a central location, walkable to beaches and restaurants, and grocery stores. No parking from unit but not too difficult to find street parking. ”
