”Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . Pool nice , but a real bad drain smell near sun beds . Apartment was really tired and grubby , the whole place is in dire need of a refurbishment, paint peeling every where...
