”Gabriel answered our calls promptly and did his best to accommodate us. I shared that the oven top only 3 burners were working properly and he tried to get them repaired. Since we didn't care and the repair man was off island we just left it to do later. We enjoyed the roosters and peacocks and the privacy. It was a short distance to go to Esperanza, which was convenient to the bioluminescent bay. Thank you”

This property is at the top of a good size hill and over the wall of the porch is your stunning view of the nature preserve (vast area) with an ocean view in the distance. ”We have stayed here with our family of three for multiple years and we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island. You are in close proximity to all the main locations on the island, and in our opinion, the best restaurants on the island. Ron is extremely helpful and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back next year! We love staying here!! It is a home away from home!!”

”Nice and cozy apartment with spectacular views. The deck leading up to the apartment is in need of some repair and strengthening in some areas, but once you make it into the apartment, it is in great conditioned. The space was generous for being a small apartment. Only drawback was the underpowered A/C units, however it did not keep us from enjoying our time there. Gia was very attentive and responsive to all our messages.”

”Absolutely peaceful and wonderful!!! Great communication. Unfortunately the cafe was not open during our stay but that posed no problem with us. I suggest plan ahead and be stocked on beer or what not. The regular ferry that carries many people was down for repair/inspection, but they utilized a barge. This is not common. The only bad thing to that was they could only transport 5-6 at a time. Our stay was 100 percent awesome !!!”

”The location is great, I really liked listening to the ocean waves it was so relaxing. The pool is nice and private. The living room and bedrooms were ok, the extra linens and towels were just thrown in a closet on top of some house hold supplies. ”The apartment was very clean, the location is excellent if planning trips to Vieques and Culebra. It was a 10 minute drive to the ferry, we also traveled to El Yunque Rainforest took us about 30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Winnie was very responsive, friendly, and professional.”

”We enjoyed our time here. Adam is very responsive. Although the listing indicates a "kitchen," you should know that the sink and stove-top are located outdoors and are uncovered. So if it rains, you're out of luck. ”Beautiful views of the bay . House furnishings were very good.The house had all supplies that you need. Jessie responded promptly to all our needs and she was excellent . Great property.
