Summary:

This unit is located in Phase 1 of Las Palomas on the 4th floor of the Rubi building and features one spacious bedroom, relaxing living room and balcony with an ocean view.



The Check-in/out process is managed by Casago Rental not Las Palomas Front desk. There is no option to bill items to the room, maid service is not inclusive, and all towels are located in the unit. Casago is responsible for wristband and parking pass distribution and any maintenance items are handled by the Host.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort in Mexico! The beach was absolutely stunning — clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Tom was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond, which made everything so easy and stress-free. We also loved how convenient the location was, with great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo in Phase 1 on the fourth floor was an absolutely amazing getaway for my wife and me. The location is perfect, and the views and atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind.The same building features a great gym on the first floor, along with delicious restaurant options that were convenient and enjoyable. The pool area was beautiful, and visiting this time of year made it even better — it wasn’t overcrowded, which allowed for a peaceful and quiet experience.Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing getaway for the two of us, and we would definitely come back.

Super responsive host

We had a very small issue with the hot water but the host was so responsive. It had nothing to do with the unit itself but more with the resort having low water pressure during high water usage time. The Unit was a great size and was clean. The host also supplies plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon. The one thing that was different is you do check in off site at Casago. The check in processes was fast and easy. This gave us an opportunity to stop off at Lucas Chicken, I highly recommend.

Rent directly from Las Palomas!

BE AWARE!!! We have rented multiple places at Las Palomas and this was the worst experience. This rental decided to use an outside management company Casago. They make you check in off site in town. You do not get all of the same amenities of the resort. You cannot park without a parking pass. You cannot use the towels at the pool. The owner does not care.

little things goes long ways

Property needs some improvements A/c can not adjust tp more cold or complicated Patio Door was not closing all the way Unit needs more utensils pots and Pan Water heater was off and could not figure out for an hour no ice trays to make ice, wine glass way up on cabinet have to climb on the counter liitle things makes life easy

Very disappointed

We had a bad experience with our stay. When we checked in the air conditioner was not keeping the unit cool. Come to find out the air conditioner was frozen solid and we had to wait until the next day for it to be repaired. The temperature in the unit was a miserable 86 degrees and we were unable to sleep! Only 24 hours later the fire alarm was beeping and needed to have the batteries changed. It took 3 maintenance people and 5 hours of listening to it beep before they fixed it. We were very disappointed having to waste our precious vacation time on these issues. When I asked for a partial refund we were given a $100 dollar credit for troubles. It was very insulting. I will not ever stay in this unit again. Las Palomas is a beautiful community stay in a unit that has been updated and properly maintained. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and have never have had to do a negative review

Condo Conditon Needs Repair

We are regulars to this resort. In our experiance all the condos have been great. Beutiful and well kept. Until this condo, it was not in good condition. The tile in the bathroom was black and stained. There is chiped tile in the bedroom. I first thought it was just not cleaned from the last guests so went to the front desk asking for it to be cleaned. Turns out there was nothing they could do it was stained and needed repairs. None of these were issues due to the cleaning staff or resort. The owner needs to keep up on the condos maintenance. It was on the pricer side for condos as well. I would not consider it a premium room. I wish we could post photos!
