When we arrived, they gave us the wrong Broom. We paid for the penthouse, suite and got a two bedroom suite. That was not a penthouse. We were so tired. We don’t tried to deal with it the next day. Also, there was no water in the suite, the oven did not work, they were not enough towels, and the bedsheets in the second bedroom smelt like they were left in the washing machine too long. The next day, I asked for compensation or to be paid back the difference from the Penthouse suite which I booked, and the two bedroom sweet, which we were placed in. The manager said that he would directly put back the 30 USD difference on my visa. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I have received nothing back. Also, as we were driving away, they messaged me and asked us if we had taken beach towels out of the suite that we’re missing. Of course we didn’t even use beach towels, or pool towels because we arrived at 630 P.M. exhausted after a 15 hour flight. I’m really disappointed that the manager, who have spoken to three times now still has not refunded me or made any effort to compensate me for our troubles, and overpayment as I say, it was obvious at the suite was not ready to receive us. And that they did not have the Penthouse, which I paid for ready or available. I would like the return of the 30 USD on my credit card immediately.
