”The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! ”

”Very accommodating for a late check in after flight delays. The bathroom facilities were poor, but I feel this came from the people staying there rather than staff cleaning. The aesthetics of the outside of the rooms was nice, inside very basic, curtains don’t block any light so have a large towel you can use over it. ”

”I were travelling with my friend in Palawan, Philippines. I stayed 4 nights in Orange Mangrove Pension House. The room was really beautiful and clean. The a/c and fan was really good, and the shower + warm water was working excellent. The breakfast was included and it was really tasty made by a houses own chef. ”Beautiful, clean little hotel . Bargain for $30.00. It’s just unfortunate that phone line in the room wasn’t fixed . Owner should look into it as it’s annoying to walk up and down the stairs everytime you need something. Staff are very , very accommodating.”

”Overall it was a good experience. Excellent customer service. My only concern is the road going inside. For guests that has a car, it’s workable. With backpackers, you have to have a contact of someone to pick you up specially during rainy days. We had a friend that has a tricycle that can pick us up. ”

The driver Nick got out & asked shop owners, people he knew & there was no such property. After spending nearly an hour, I contacted Expedia for another reservation. Could this have been a scam???”

” restaurants bad internet would disappear as soon as you went in your room. Was never fixed to work. A/C barely kept room comfortable. Very noisy. Owner and staff live there and would cook eat and laugh until 1am in the morning. To many other places around to stay here again”

Det ligger lite mitt ute i ingenstans men ändå okej utgångsläge för utflykter en bit utanför (norr om) Puerto Princesa, exempelvis underjordiska floden. Personalen är jättefin och hjälpsam, och kan ordna duglig frukost och övriga måltider, samt hjälpa till med att boka utflykter. ”
