Brent's Home in Camella is located in Puerto Princesa City. It is a safe, secure, and gated place. It has 2 floors, a carport, and a terrace for sunsets. It's 13 min from the airport, 11 min from SM; 6 min from the city center. It features a full kitchen and includes WIFI, Netflix, and 3 A/C. Designated taxi is available, guest will pay.
The space
The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, loveseat, TV, cabinet, and access to the terrace. The other room has a bunk bed and cabinet. Both rooms have RGB lights with Bluetooth. There is another bathroom on the second floor. A carport is available for guest's parking.
Guest access
The guest has full access to the house. They will be checking in thru Smart Lock. It is easy to use. I will be sending them instructions on how to use it. There is no need to worry about losing or misplacing the key as the guests will be using a code to enter the house.
Other things to note
Brent's home can accommodate 6 guests. There will be an additional charge of 400 pesos for each person after 4 guests.
There is a security camera installed in the front patio and outside the laundry room.
